Welcome to Milyon88, operated by Vanguard Digital Leisure Corp. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform, website, and mobile application. By registering an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before playing.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use our platform
  • By registering, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and playing on our platform is legal in your jurisdiction

Account Registration & Verification

  • Each player is permitted only one account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual may result in suspension and forfeiture of funds
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Completing your registration automatically upgrades your account to VIP2, granting access to promotions
  • We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your eligibility and protect against fraud
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account

Deposits & Withdrawals

  • We support deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, GoTyme, Bank Transfer, and Cryptocurrency
  • For your safety, the name on your bank account or payment method must match your registered account name. Withdrawals cannot be processed if these do not match
  • You may not edit personal information (including first name, last name, bank, or bank account details) while participating in a promotion. Doing so will result in the cancellation of associated rights and winnings
  • We reserve the right to delay, hold, or decline transactions where fraud or suspicious activity is suspected

Bonuses & Promotions

  • All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms, including deposit requirements, turnover requirements, and maximum withdrawal limits, as published on our Promotions page
  • Unless stated otherwise, each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per account
  • Turnover is calculated using the formula: Turnover = (Deposit + Bonus) × Turnover Multiplier
  • Any amount exceeding a promotion’s maximum withdrawal limit will be automatically deducted by the system upon completion
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at our discretion
  • In cases of detected fraud or abuse, we reserve the right to retrieve remaining balances immediately, and all related privileges will be suspended

Game Rules & Fair Play

  • All games offered on our platform are provided by licensed and certified game providers
  • Game outcomes are generated through certified systems and are considered final once settled
  • We do not guarantee winnings, and all games carry inherent risk

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Create or operate multiple accounts
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated systems to play or interact with our platform
  • Collude with other players to manipulate game outcomes
  • Exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for personal gain
  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Account Suspension & Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms
  • In cases of confirmed fraud, we reserve the right to retrieve remaining balances and suspend all associated privileges
  • You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team

Responsible Gaming

  • We are committed to promoting responsible gaming practices
  • Players may request deposit limits, session limits, or self-exclusion by contacting our support team
  • We encourage all players to treat gaming as entertainment and to seek support if gaming ever feels like it is negatively affecting their life

Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access due to player negligence, technical issues beyond our control, or delays caused by third-party payment providers
  • Our platform is provided “as is,” and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Our platform operates under the licensing and regulatory oversight of PAGCOR, Gaming Curacao, and the Anjouan Gaming License.
